Usher Enterprise, founded by A. R. Usher, is a family-owned and operated business. B’s Gold was founded in the 1980s by our mother, Brenda P. Usher. Brenda started her journey in hair care with love. Brenda had six children. Four boys and two girls. All her children wore natural hair, until perms and jeri curls became the trend. Her two girls had thick natural hair, and loved to swim and wear braids. She didn’t want to keep them from what they loved, but the products in the stores were not sustaining their natural tresses. Brenda wanted to stop the breakage of hair due to chemically harsh products and the daily wear and tear on our hair and skin. 

The oil became very popular in the community of Del Paso Heights in Sacramento, CA. She began her vision in the kitchen, where most mothers create their best recipes. Her children and grandchildren became her test pilots. Once her recipe was created and delivered results, she bottled it for sale, placed it on the table, and called it B’s Gold. Later in life, Brenda, took a backseat from her product to raise her children, grandchildren, complete her Masters in Social Services, and work over 40 years with Sacramento County jobs and the state of California into retirement. Brenda, also an author, wrote and self-published her first book, which will be available on this site soon. Brenda P. Usher's demise in 2018. 

The rebirth of her family legacy has been restored to the next level of all-natural hair products as of 2018 and launched for sales in 2021. The legacy is now under the ownership of her firstborn daughter, A. R. Usher. A. R. Usher is a Sacramento, California, native. Graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in Human Resource Management. The business has since grown with a variety of all-natural, chemical-free, organic plant-based products, now called B’s Gold: The Next Level. The product is a gift that keeps on giving.
